I am excited to announce here that Paradhis, a brand new wellbeing and music festival in Cornwall will be having its first year July 5th starting next summer 2024! Here is a link to their website

I was delighted to be asked to run my Introduction to Aromatherapy &  Massage at this wellbeing festival next July, I will be introducing organic essential oils, the importance of using organic wherever possible, the therapeutic components as plant medicine and ways of application. You will make your own blend and use this to practice massage with some introductory information on the lymphatic system for the physical detoxification process and the cellular work essential oils do. I will also introduce the mind body connection and the affect essentials can have on mood and mindset.
