Organic Aromatherapy Detoxifying Massage with Lymphatic Drainage
This is a very relaxing and aromatic massage using organic essential oils and warmed oils and facial balms. The aromatherapy blend is bespoke and blended especially for you as I am a fully qualified Aromatherapist. I also often also use a Neal's Yard blend like 'Women's Balance' which is a beautiful blend of rose, frankincense, geranium, orange, clary sage and patchouli.

Hot 'Basalt Lava Stones' Massage
This is a luxury spa massage using warm organic oils and hot basalt lava stones or otherwise known as "Hot Rocks". The stones are heated and placed upon the person to warm and heat the muscles before and during the massage. The heat of the stones are soothing and relaxing and enhance the effect of the massage. The warmth of the stones allow a deeper penetration of the muscles and is a good alternative to deep tissue massage as it has the same effect but is more relaxing. Deeper tissue work can be done with the trigger point stones which are very effective in working out chronic knots and tension. A warming and energising and highly detoxifying massage.
