All of the products I use are carefully chosen from my Neal’s Yard Remedies collection, which I use exclusively in my treatments. These products are sustainable, ethical, fairly traded, recyclable, vegan/vegetarian friendly, Soil Association certified, and organic.
They also come in the iconic blue glass bottles Neal’s Yard is so well known for — beautiful, refillable, and delivered in eco-friendly packaging.
Cancellation policy
At Philpott's Mobile Spa, every mobile treatment is prepared with care — from the selection of natural oils to the peaceful atmosphere created in your space.
To honour the time, travel, and energy involved in each visit, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should you need to amend or cancel your appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours, or missed appointments, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
This allows us to maintain balance in our schedule and ensures that each client receives the same dedicated level of service. We deeply appreciate your understanding and respect for our therapists’ time and the mindful preparation that goes into every holistic experience.
