Sirens Surf, Yoga & Wellness

Here in Cornwall we absolutely love all things Wellbeing, Beach and Surf related.  Sirens Surf run by local cornish mermaid and surfer Jessica Cox runs Inspirational Surf Training for girls and women and this year also will be running some lovely Wellbeing Retreats for Summer 2017.  This will include a wonderful combination of Surf Lessons & Training, Yoga orientated Retreats and of course Massage and plenty of lovely Nutritional food on offer too. If you are interested, please check the events links below for more information and their website to find out more...
