I got a recent review in the Daily Mail Travel section. What a lovely surprise!

So I am really lucky to often get invited to work on retreats here in Cornwall and sometimes abroad too!  I really enjoy being a travelling masseuse and seem to attract like minded souls who invite me to work on their retreats, whether it be in far flung surf camps in the Canary Islands or bespoke Yoga retreats here in Cornwall like Cabilla.  Sometimes I get to work on more action & adventure retreats like Inspire Sirens women's surf retreats  also based in Cornwall.

I really enjoy the travel aspect of my work and I get to travel all around Cornwall's coastline and sometimes also parts of Europe too from time to time.  I've been based in Cornwall for the past 15 years with my mobile spa business & this has inspired me to set up a little micro business in Portugal in the Algarve too. 

​In Portugal I plan to run my mobile spa for two months each year in May and October.  This is because I wish to link into the villas in the Algarve for my private & bespoke mobile spa service exclusively in The Algarve.  I will be an english speaking business and will hope to cater to all the expats in the Algarve, as well as the lovely Portugese residents too, as it was the kind Portugese people who told me to come and do my mobile spa in Portugal in the first place! Such welcoming and positive people!  I will be able to work the Portugese limestone coastline and stay close to the atlantic ocean too! I will be able to stay close to the ocean, so dear to my heart.

I will also be planning on starting my own villa based RETREAT in The Algarve in Portugal too. Work in progress!!

This month I was pleasantly surprised to get a little mention for my massage work  in the Daily Mail Travel section after I worked on the Cabilla Cornwall retreat in Bodmin.  Cabilla runs environmental woodland based retreats encouraging connection to nature for those overworked urbanites needing relief from city life. Sometimes us country folk need that too!

I have been in a few publications over the years, but to get a mention in The Daily Mail travel section  was a very nice boost for me after coming out of the doldrums of Covid and the impact on my business.  I feel so much better and slowly but surely business is picking back up for me and I am grateful for that and that my business survived the last two years impact.
