Regenerative Culture & Wellbeing events in Cornwall

This well-being day will be a day of building self-care and resilience.
The day is for everyone and provides a space to tend to and express the mix of emotions that arise at this time of uncertainty on the planet.

We invite everyone to come along to move through our emotions, to meditate, converse play and chant and by doing so; support the tireless hours of XR members and activists who were on the front line in London during the October Rebellion 2019.

Expect to leave feeling looked after, heard and connected to what matters the most at this time - each other.

Regenerative Culture is the beginnings of growing a society that might footstep us towards a new way of looking after each other because we are all at risk - right now!-
Be part of this growing Revolution.

We are nurturing the kind of extreme care that will be needed to sustain all our communities - urgently needed as the systems that we rely on are already broken.

Regenerative Culture helps extinction rebellion members to take responsibility for ourselves and each other and it is where we learn the true significance of standing for all life.

The day will include Biodanza, Sharing Circle, Holistic Massage Therapists, Play and other supporters.
